⚠️ Important Compatibility Note:
The R5 remote does not pair with earlier Backfire models such as G2, G3, Zealot, Zealot S, Ranger X2, Ranger X3, or the first-generation ERA.
Model Update – Starting October 28, 2024:
The Backfire G5 has been upgraded with the new R5S remote, which pairs with the latest Hobbywing ESC. If you purchased a G5 after this date, please make sure to select the R5S remote instead of the R5.
