Shipping times vary by location. Orders from our local warehouses typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international air shipping usually takes 7-15 business days.
What is the warranty policy on BackfireBoards?
We offer a 180-day limited warranty on all new boards. This covers manufacturing defects in the motor, battery, and controller under normal usage conditions.
Are Backfire electric skateboards water-resistant?
Our boards carry an IP55 water resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and damp pavement. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles to avoid internal damage.

Can I return my board if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.

To maximize battery life, avoid leaving your board at 0% or 100% for long periods. If storing for the winter, keep the battery charged between 40% and 60% in a cool, dry place.
